Overall description of capabilities

Project Timeline: 2/1/2011 - 1/31/2014

For the three-year length of this project, Sequoia Foundation provided specialized scientific staff to generate an eligible study population using existing coded cystic fibrosis patient registry data. The resulting list enabled subdivision into race/ethnic group and genotype verification through data cleaning and was used to generate the cystic fibrosis study recruitment and data verification letters. Additional data sets were retained to track cleaning and recruitment efforts.  For the final year of the project, these staff assisted in data analysis to complete study aims, as well as completing manuscripts, posters, and oral presentations of the results.
