Capability: Public Health Research and Analysis

Timeframe:  2007 to 2013

 

Under the direction of the California Department of Public Health, IAI staff provided epidemiologic staff to collect and analyze data on young children either diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorders or were suspected cases within Santa Clara County, California.  The project also involved the evaluation of the surveillance system to assess the completeness and accuracy of the data, and the applicability to other populations.
