Scope of Work: Sequoia Foundation was responsible for providing all system engineering and design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a complete operational photovoltaic system at Rosa Parks Elementary School in Berkeley, California. The project included the design and installation of a roof-mounted photovoltaic system with a generating capacity rated at approximately 20kW, including photovoltaic panels, mounting racks and supports, connections to structure, fully waterproof flashing/roofing integration, conduits, boxes, wiring, switches inverters, controls, system monitoring components including hardware and remote energy management software, and system commissioning free and clear of any liens or other encumbrances.
