For this project, Sequoia Foundation teamed with the California Department of Public Health Genetic Disease Screening Program to advise on data linkage, extraction, and aggregation. Sequoia Foundation supported the merging of prenatal screening, newborn screening, and live birth, fetal death, and birth cohort data files using unique study identifiers. Additionally, Sequoia Foundation assisted in generating and providing anonymous data files and reports to other study members for specific analyses upon request.
